Creativity has fascinated me for more than 5 decades - both practically and academically. I make art objects - both creative and functional - mostly from salvaged, recycled and repurposed materials. I have work in private collections here and overseas. I have taught art(s) at primary, secondary and tertiary education levels. I have facilitated creativity workshops in Aotearoa and over-seas. My Masters degree project focused on barriers to creativity and innovation in organizations. Over the years I have been involved with a variety of community creative organizations including arts., media, mental health and music. I have self published one book ‘The Creative Edge’. I play drums and percussions in bands across a range of genres. I live in Ngamotu New Plymouth.
